Overview
This chapter sets forth the authority, responsibilities, and procedures under which the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) manages complaints of discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, sex, age, sexual orientation, or reprisal. The chapter also delineate the policy directives, required procedures, and external regulations under which USAID conducts a continuing affirmative program for equal opportunity in employment and personnel management.
