Overview
A key document in the source selection process is the Source Selection Plan (SSP). The plan is the blueprint for conducting the source selection and specifies how the source selection activities will be organized, initiated, and conducted. The Source Selection Plan (SSP) activities make up the evaluation scenario for the selection of the offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the ”Best Value” to the Government to provide the required goods and services considering technical, cost, and other factors, consistent with the evaluation criteria specified in Section M of the Solicitation.
