The Office of Local Sustainability (ES/LS) is pleased to announce the launch of its new Locally Led Development Annual Program Statement (APS), a mechanism for USAID Operating Units to solicit innovative and adaptive development approaches from local and non-traditional partners. The APS will further USAID’s Journey to Self-Reliance for partner countries by empowering local actors to lead priority-setting, decision-making, management, and measurement in their communities.
