On November 15, USAID/Burma hosted a prospective applicants workshop for the forthcoming Local Works activities in Myitkyina, Kachin State. More than 80 local actors attended the workshop to learn about the Mission’s Addendum to the Locally Led Development Annual Program Statement (APS) calling for locally led solutions to Kachin State’s complex heroin and HIV epidemic.
