The Partnership for Impact in ICT This project focuses on setting up a system of continuous professional and vocational education, tailored to evolving market needs. The project seeks to enable the participating youth to attain the right skills at the right time and either join the workforce through employment in the private sectore or through self- employment by supporting incubation and excubation processes of start-ups. The project targets of training and employing 300 people in the sector are realistic having in mind the large absorption capacity of the ICT sector.
