Including a reporting template in a Project MEL Plan is optional. This illustrative template can be modified to reflect the numbers of Outputs and Inputs for which a particular project has identified Objectively Verifiable Indicators. As illustrated on the Performance Targets page on this website, additional rows can be added to capture sex disaggregated reporting as was done by the USAID/Afghanistan’s Alternative Livelihoods project.
