The U.S. Library of Congress selected USAID's Pakistan Reading Project as the International Literacy Program of the Year. Congratulations USAID Pakistan!  In celebration of Feed The Future Week, USAID and the State Department hosted a Twitter chat with more than 30 global partners to discuss ways to end hunger within our lifetime. USAID and the World Food Programme delivered more than 700 tons of food aid to people affected by floods in Sudan and Niger.  For the International Day of Democracy, USAID hosted a virtual conversation with a panel of global democracy advocates. USAID is investing in democracy work around the world! #DemocracyIs
