On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, observed annually on December 3, the information campaign "See the Opportunities" is launched in Minsk, all regional and four district centers of Belarus – Smorgon, Mozyr, Zhlobin and Novopolotsk. The campaign focuses on the employment of persons with disabilities. A series of four bright billboards will appear on the city streets, telling the success stories of young persons with disabilities, including intellectual disabilities. The heroes of the billboards – Eduard Kluisha, Ekaterina Anpilogova, Pavel Koronchik and Dmitry Savchik – were able to master a profession and get a job. They are happy to be in demand!

The billboards are designed in line with the new corporate style of the Belarusian Association of Assistance to Children and Young People with Disabilities developed within the USAID supported “Art for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities” project. The billboards were designed by the "DAB" creative agency.
“Art for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities” project has been implemented by the Belarusian Association of Assistance to Children and Young People with Disabilities with USAID support since 2014.
- Thanks to the project, over 1,600 persons with disabilities benefited from USAID supported services, including consultations, training, improved social services and employment opportunities.
- Through small grants support, 29 initiatives improved access to social services and employment opportunities for youth with disabilities in all regions of Belarus.
- Over 240 disabled persons' organizations strengthened their organizational capacities through training, expert support and exchange of experience with peers abroad and in Belarus.
