The Workforce Partnership in the Apparel Sector is an initiative led by the Kosovo Apparel Marketing Association (KAMA) in partnership with USAID/Kosovo. This four-year activity works closely with private apparel producers, Universities of Design, Employment Centers, and Kosova - Women 4 Women (KW4W) to improve the workforce skills of school youth, and increase employability and employment in the apparel sector.
KEY OBJECTIVES
The objective of the activity is to improve the workforce skills of out of school youth, and increase employability and employment in the apparel sector. This will be achieved through the following activities:
