MyHuntPath and SearchPath seek to partner with USAID's Promote's Women in Economy (WIE) to advance the objective of empowering women in the economy throughout Afghanistan. Together, MyHuntPath, SearchPath, and WIE will partner to engage 25,000 + Afghan women in career-focused training that will enable them to advance their career. MyHuntPath will empower women through primarily computer-based personalized training, aimed at identification and enhancement of market-oriented skills and interests. SearchPath will seek to leverage MyHuntPath's identification of individuals suited to talent recruitment, to select 20 individuals to lead talent recruitment franchise organizations across Afghanistan.
USAID’s Promote: WIE is a four years initiative that improves the growth of women-owned businesses, provide training and technical assistance to address women’s’ business needs. WIE partners with local educational, vocational, and technical training providers to offer workplace skills, career counseling, internships, and job placement to educated women between the ages of 18 and 30 so they can gain work experience, secure new or better positions, and improve the workplace environment for women.
