All requests for employment verifications will be emailed to the Records Center at VOEmail@usaid.gov or Faxed to (202) 216-3244. A release statement, signed and dated by the employee, must accompany each request. Requests that do not contain the employee’s signature and date will not be honored. The Records Center will respond to all requests within 48 hours. The Records Center will provide only verbal verifications when there is a completed initial verification of employment form on file for that specific employee.
